Also known as Bone-In Prime Rib, this beautfully trimmed and tied roast is sure to impress your guests. We recommend roasting it whole and standing on its ribs to let the generous amounts of marbling soak into the meat.
Boneless Beef Prime Rib
Nothing says “Special Occasion” like a boneless prime rib roast. Each ribeye roast is hand cut and tied from the rib section, the source of the most desirable and exclusive beef cuts. Not sure how much to order? The "golden rule" is a half pound to a pound of meat per person.
Fully-Cooked Prime Rib
Let us do the cooking! This prime rib is rubbed with seasonings and pre-cooked to rare - all you have to do is heat and eat! Not sure how much to order? The "golden rule" is a half pound to a pound of meat per person.
Whole Beef Tenderloin
Prefer filet mignon? Our whole beef tenderloin is hand-trimmed right here in our shop. Average size 5-8lbs. each.

This tray will come with 3lbs of snack sticks, 1 lb of regular rope cheese, 1lb of smoked rope and 1lb cheese whips. You can choose up to three different flavors of snack sticks.
