WAMP Meat Competition
The 2024 Wisconsin Association of Meat Processors (WAMP) Meat Competition took place in Middleton, WI in April. There were over 879 products entered from 44 different processors throughout the state. 2023 WI State Fair - Champion dried beef
Wisconsin State Fair Meat Competition
The 2023 WI State Fair took place in August 2023. We are proud to announce we secured a #3rdPlace Champion Ribbon for our Dried Beef! We also placed in the top 15 for the other five products we submitted: Olive Loaf (8th), Smoked Bacon (13th), Jalapeño Cheddar Snack Sticks (13th), Ring Bologna (12th), and Original Bratwurst (6th). Out of over 100 meat plants, we are very happy with our performance in the State Fair Meat Contest. Stop by to try our award-winning dried beef available in our retail store year-round.
